- Provide counseling services to students, guiding them in making informed decisions regarding their educational journey abroad.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, destinations, and programs based on their interests and career objectives
- Assist education seekers with their university applications.
- Advise with the required documents for their programs of choice.
- Assist students with their visa applications and prepare them for embassy interviews.
- Communicate with university representatives to ensure faster enrollment for our students.
- Respond to all types of customer inquiries either through face-to-face communication, over the phone, E-mails, and/or Skype.
- Help in organizing and participate in all BESA events and activities.
- Follow up on a regular basis with BESA's client database.
Qualifications and skills:
- 0-2 years of experience, previous experience is a plus.
- Excellent English is a must!- Willing to learn and develop
- Knowledge of MS Office and business writing
- Punctual, initiative talker, and a good time manager
- Presentation skills
- ability to present our services to big audiences
- Professionalism in appearance and attitude
